DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Prime Time / Weddings / Holidays: Upon making reservations, a 50% deposit is required with a credit card. Reservations must be cancelled prior to 90 days of arrival date to receive a refund or deposit. No refunds will be given if cancellation notice is given 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, and the full rate of your reservation will be charged to your account.

Spring / Fall / Winter:
Credit card required to reserve a room. No refunds will be given if cancellation notice is given 2 days or less prior to the arrival date, and the full rate of your reservation will be charged to your account.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES (YEAR ROUND)
