DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Prime Time / Weddings / Holidays: Upon making reservations, a 50% deposit is required with a credit card. Reservations must be cancelled prior to 90 days of arrival date to receive a refund or deposit. No refunds will be given if cancellation notice is given 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, and the full rate of your reservation will be charged to your account.

Spring / Fall / Winter: Credit card required to reserve a room. No refunds will be given if cancellation notice is given 2 days or less prior to the arrival date, and the full rate of your reservation will be charged to your account.
